LASER CUTTING

  • Our in-house plate and tube fiber laser is powered by a 4kW IPG source and has a 5’ x 10’ table.

    Features a fourth axis that can process tubing or beams up to 20’ in length and has an 8” chuck capacity.

  • Our in-house CO2 laser cutter is powered by a 300W source which allows non-metals to be engraved and cut nearly 1 inch thick.

CNC Milling & turning

  • A wide array of turning centers that can accommodate 1mm-32mm parts with an accuracy of 0.0001”.

  • Access to several milling centers through partners that have an accuracy within thousandths of an inch and can process aluminum, plastics, stainless steel, titanium, and more.

Bending & forming

  • Bending from 3/4” to 2” OD

    Rolling up to 2.25”

  • Slip roll: 50” wide, 16 gauge thick

  • Stocking various T-Slot profiles and hardware in-house, we are your one-stop shop from cut-to-length profiles to fully assembled solutions.

  • We offer assembly services for all types of completed assemblies from finished consumer products to industrial tool assemblies.

    Flex arm tapping from -6 all the way to 7/8” as well as metric sizes.

    Use of various tools and methods for part identification including paint, laser etching, CNC engraving, stamping, etc.
